Product Operate Guide


Step 1: Preparation

1.Cleaning the Floor: Ensure the floor is level, dry, and free from debris. Remove all dust, stones, and other foreign objects that might affect the quality of the paving.

2.Measuring and Cutting: Measure the room and use specialized tools (such as an electric disc saw) to accurately cut the extruded plastic boards to fit the room's floor size.

 

 Step 2: Laying Boundary Insulation Strips

Install boundary insulation strips around the walls and at specific locations like column footings and door frames. This prevents heat loss and ensures that the extruded panels fit seamlessly against the walls.

 

 Step 3: Laying the Extruded Panels

1.Initial Laying: Following the design drawings, start laying the extruded panels from one corner of the room. Ensure each panel is tightly spliced with no gaps to maintain effective insulation.
