1. Superior Durability: The extruded plastic board is highly durable and resistant to compression. It can withstand external impacts and has properties that prevent aging and bacterial growth.
2. Enhanced Thermal Insulation: The extruded plastic board has excellent thermal insulation properties. It effectively prevents the transfer of temperature between the interior and exterior of the door, thereby improving its thermal insulation capabilities.
3. Enhanced Safety: The extruded plastic board is non-flammable and has flame retardant properties. This makes it a protective measure in case of a fire and enhances the safety performance of the door.
Here are four specific application scenarios of packaging machinery:
1、Cold storage cold chain insulation
2、Building roof insulation
3、Steel structure roof
4、Building wall insulation
5、Building ground moisturising
6、Square ground
7, Ground frost control
8, Central air-conditioning ventilation ducts
9, Airport runway heat insulation layer
10, High-speed railway roadbed, etc.
1. Select insulation materials based on the type of door. Metal doors can be insulated with foam or glass wool, while polystyrene board is suitable for wooden doors.
2. Cut the insulation material to match the size of the door panel. Ensure that the material covers as much of the door panel as possible for optimal insulation.
3. Attach the insulation material to the door panel using glue or sealant. Make sure there are no gaps at the edges during application for a seamless fit.
4. Pay special attention to the door edges as they are critical for maintaining insulation. Use windproof tape or rubber strips to seal these areas, preventing cold air from entering through the gaps.
5. Enhance the door's airtightness by applying windproof tape along the door seams. This additional measure helps to further prevent air leakage and improve heat retention.
