Difference between ordinary extruded plastic board and flame retardant extruded plastic board
Extruded plastic board belongs to organic materials, so there are only three levels: B1 (flame retardant), B2 (combustible) and B3 (flammable).
The difference between ordinary extruded plastic board and flame retardant extruded plastic board:
1. The biggest difference between ordinary extruded board and flame retardant extruded board is whether there is any flame retardant added. 2.
2. Flame retardant panels are more than 32kg per square, while ordinary extruded panels are only about 28-31kg.
3. The price of flame retardant is very high, so the cost of flame retardant panels is also greatly increased. The flame retardant effect of ordinary boards without flame retardant is not good, and even can be said that the flame retardant rate is zero. The price of this kind of board is cheaper, 340 yuan per cubic metre.
4. Flame retardant boards require high production technology and good flame retardant effect, which can effectively protect the construction safety and reduce the risk and loss of the project.
The difference between B1 and B2 fire resistance level of extruded board is as follows:
B1 grade is asphyxiation level away from fire, i.e., automatically extinguished after leaving the fire source, or extinguished within 10 seconds.
Grade B2 is slow burning grade, i.e., the fire will not get bigger after being lit, and the dripping material will not ignite the filter paper.
Judgement of the naked eye, B1 level extrusion board from the fire three seconds since the fire, pointing after leaving the fire source, within three seconds of self-extinguishing belongs to the B1 level extrusion board, B2 level extrusion board slow combustion, this is a relatively fuzzy concept, only with the ordinary board to see the effect of the comparison, the slow burning speed belongs to the obvious B2 level extrusion board.
